Can we decorate the Kombi ourselves?
Yes — ribbons, fresh flowers, and tasteful decorations are welcome. We'll guide you on what works without risking the paint or chrome. We can also recommend florists who work regularly with our vans.
How long can we hire the Kombi for?
We offer flexible hire periods — from a few hours for ceremony only, to full-day hire covering ceremony, portrait locations, and reception arrival. Tell us what you need and we'll structure a package accordingly.
Do you travel to Hunter Valley wineries?
Yes. Hunter Valley is one of our most popular hire locations. We know the roads and the venues well — Pokolbin, Lovedale, Broke, and throughout the wine region.
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings book fast, especially September–November (spring). We recommend enquiring as soon as you have a date confirmed. We do take tentative holds while you're finalising details.
